Procurement Analyst - Marine

Responsibilities:
 Carry out competitive sourcing of consumable, hardware, Engine spare parts, Equipment etc. for company fleet of Offshore Support Vessel.
 Prepare cost analysis for comparison, terms and condition and incorporate evaluation from technical Superintendent.
 Negotiate with vendor and ensure company objective are met. Make recommendation for award.
 Preparation and issuance of Purchased Order.
 Coordinate the expediting / Logistic function.
 Monitor delivery of materials and services to meet internal customer requirement.
 Render support to resolve issues of invoices.
 Monitor performance of vendor in respective aspect and assess performance of vendor.
 Purchasing and sourcing for items and suppliers.
 Preparing weekly reports for purchased items and cost involved.
 Negotiate the price, payment terms and quality with supplier.
 Communicate with supplier on delivery matter.
 Handling and follow-up on all purchasing documents.
 To search for shipping company/transporter/forwarder whenever necessary.
 Liaise with warehouse/branch office to ensure the goods are well received and constantly.

Requirements:
 Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, and Professional Degree in any field.
 Minimum 3-4 years working experience in Oil & Gas (Marine/Vessel).
 Knowledgeable in computer application.
 Proficient in both oral & written in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
 Good interpersonal & analytical skill.
 Able to work independently & maintain confidentiality.
 Ability to direct and manage people.
 Interpersonal, leadership and organizational skill.

Operation Team Leader

Responsibilities:
 Monitor job execution (onshore & offshore).
 Review, approve & coordinate material requisition & monitor material delivery to onshore & offshore for fabrication & installation.
 Monitor documents require for Final Documentation & invoicing.
 Review project shop fabrication/installation drawing (priority) & work pack i.e. job cards, procedures, schedules, MTO, isolation spading, hydro test package & reinstatement package.
 Lead, coordinate and monitor onshore fabrication & installation progress according to the drawing, specification, planning & Safety.
 Monitor Change Order & project milestone for invoicing.
 Manpower Coordinator.
 Able to lead in developing comprehensive work pack package and coordinate with multi discipline engineers.
 Able to develop multi-discipline construction/execution sequence.

Requirements:
 Applicant must have either a Degree/Diploma in any related field.
 Applicant MUST have a minimum of 10 years work experience in the oil & gas industry and 4 years work experience as OTL position in related field.
 Must have knowledge of offshore commissioning work and must have at least 2 years work experience in managing hook-up and commissioning projects.
 Must have ability to organize and direct all activities so as to meet the schedule, quality and safety requirements of the project.

Procurement Manager

Responsibilities:
 To lead and manage the procurement team in the implementation of appropriate procurement process of all project materials, project consumables items, supplies, services and equipment for the Company.
 To establish efficient monitoring system for all procurement exercise and to ensure awareness and understanding of standard purchasing agreements to the team.
 To ensure timely delivery of all materials and services at an optimum balance between cost, quality, delivery and services.
 To manage, revise, improve and coordinate Company Procurement Plan.
 To manage, coordinate and update standard bidder list.
 To develop and maintain sound and professional vendor relationship.
 Responsible for technical & commercial evaluation.
 To manage, maintain and update all price agreement by carrying out regular monitoring of prices and price agreements.
 Provide monthly reports detailing key events and status of procurement matters to the Management.
 Establishing KPIs for the department and staff

Requirements:
 Possess at least a Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
 Posses at least 8 years experience in oil & gas industry with minimum 5 years supervisory experience in procurement of offshore construction, hook-up & commissioning equipment material.
 Computer literate in MS Word and Excel and have a strong knowledge in SQL system.
 Proven ability to liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
 Experienced and knowledge of ERP systems will be an additional advantage.
 Strong negotiations and communication skills especially with the highest level of customer and supplier.

Crew Superintendent

Responsibilities:
 Responsible on overall crew manning on board.
 Ensure vessels adequately manned with qualify crews and comply with requirement & training on STCW & charterer requirement.
 Observe & monitor crew movement sign on & sign off.
 Filing & record crew appraisal report which strictly confidential.
 Resource on crewing for local and foreigner and establish good relation with immigration department.
 Verifying on all crew certificate authenticity with cross checking with crew's local training institution.
 Attending to crew internal audit and external audit.
 Monitoring the latest international regulation & oversee the latest market trend on crew salary and benefit as to make company more versatil.

Requirements:
 Male  5 years minimum progress experience in recruiting offshore marine crews.
 Well verse with marine crewing industries and narrowed to offshore scope.
 Good in Office MS, Excel, Words, Powerpoint.
 Good in English spoken & writing.
 Good interpersonal skill, capable to handle professional bodies, authorities.
 Able to work independent and after office hour.

HSE Engineer

Responsibilities:
 To advise the management/employees on overall Company's safety and health matters relating to daily and routine operations.
 To liaise with local authorities on safety and health ( DOSH ) and environmental matters ( DOE ).
 To ensure that the project requirements on safety is being implemented for a safe operation throughout the project.
 To participate in regular dialogue with the client's representative on safety and health matters and propose solutions to problems or queries that may arise during the fabrication of onshore construction to the project facilities.
 To conduct regular safety meetings with supervisors and sub-contractors to solve daily operational problems if necessary.
 To conduct relevant safety course and briefings to employees and any sub-contractors workforce.
 To conduct pre-mob screening and prepare database for qualified/competent personnel.
 To implement Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
 To perform the duties as required as a safety coordinator and as directed by management.
 To liaise with client's safety representative on all safety and health issues.
 The HSE Engineer will report to the Project Manager for all any issues concerned.

Requirements:
 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any engineering.
 At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
 The candidate shall possess knowledge and experience in oil & gas fabrication and HUC activities.
 Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
