Marine HSE Superintendent

Responsibilities:
• Responsible on HSEMS, related to ISM Code, ISPS Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW which shall include but not limited to the compliance with the Government Legislation of the Flag Administration requirements.
• Attending OVID & closing finding.
• Establish and conduct annual revision on ISM, MLC, SMPEP under supervision by DPA.
• Assist DPA in ISM/ISPS Internal Audit.
• Attending an external audit by Marine Department.
• Conduct all crew pre-joining briefing covering issue with not limited to Company policy, SMS, Government & Administration regulation, charterer requirement, HSE reporting procedure, company's memo, circular & case studies.
• Conduct investigation on incident onboard and preparing case studies.

Requirements:
• Male • 3 year experience in Health Safety and environment.
• Diploma in safety or marine engineering related.
• Holding valid NIOSH certificate is advantage.
• Good in Office MS, Excel, Words, Powerpoint.
• Good in English spoken & writing.
• Good knowledge of regulatory agency, company & client HSE requirements.
• Relevant experience in offshore marine industries is preferred.
• Proactive, self motivated, good in ISM & good problem solving skill in fast pace working environment.

Crew Superintendent

Responsibilities:
• Responsible on overall crew manning on board.
• Ensure vessels adequately manned with qualify crews and comply with requirement & training on STCW & charterer requirement.
• Observe & monitor crew movement sign on & sign off.
• Filing & record crew appraisal report which strictly confidential.
• Resource on crewing for local and foreigner and establish good relation with immigration department.
• Verifying on all crew certificate authenticity with cross checking with crew's local training institution.
• Attending to crew internal audit and external audit.
• Monitoring the latest international regulation & oversee the latest market trend on crew salary and benefit as to make company more versatil.

Requirements:
• Male • 5 years minimum progress experience in recruiting offshore marine crews.
• Well verse with marine crewing industries and narrowed to offshore scope.
• Good in Office MS, Excel, Words, Powerpoint.
• Good in English spoken & writing.
• Good interpersonal skill, capable to handle professional bodies, authorities.
• Able to work independent and after office hour.

Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
• Administrative functions such as preparation of contract files, stationery administration, preparation of letters, communications, coordination of mails and phone calls.
• To provide other secretarial and clerical support functions to the department.
• To perform any other duties and responsibilities as instructed and requested by the HOD.
• Coordinating workflow and maintaining.
• Handle office administrative task.
• To ensure documents properly filed.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
• At least 1 year working experience and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Speak fluent and good writing skill in English & Bahasa Melayu.
• Computer literature.
• Good planning and organizing skills.
• Able to interact at all levels.

HSE Engineer

Responsibilities:
• To advise the management/employees on overall Company's safety and health matters relating to daily and routine operations.
• To liaise with local authorities on safety and health ( DOSH ) and environmental matters ( DOE ).
• To ensure that the project requirements on safety is being implemented for a safe operation throughout the project.
• To participate in regular dialogue with the client's representative on safety and health matters and propose solutions to problems or queries that may arise during the fabrication of onshore construction to the project facilities.
• To conduct regular safety meetings with supervisors and sub-contractors to solve daily operational problems if necessary.
• To conduct relevant safety course and briefings to employees and any sub-contractors workforce.
• To conduct pre-mob screening and prepare database for qualified/competent personnel.
• To implement Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• To perform the duties as required as a safety coordinator and as directed by management.
• To liaise with client's safety representative on all safety and health issues.
• The HSE Engineer will report to the Project Manager for all any issues concerned.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any engineering.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• The candidate shall possess knowledge and experience in oil & gas fabrication and HUC activities.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

E&I Engineer

Responsibilities:
• To prepare jobcards/ workpack and perform fieldwork during hook-up and commissioning.
• Development of Project Specific Procedure (PSP) in accordance with cross reference to client specific procedures.
• Development of Electrical & Instrument Bulk MTO for Procurement.
• Assist Procurement in Technical Bid Evaluation of Electrical & Instrument Item.
• Preparation for Issuance of Approved Shop drawing for Electrical & Instrument Support.
• Consolidate manpower, tools, consumables & equipment for Electrical & Instrument works.
• Lead onshore pre fabrication for Electrical & Instrument Support.
• Lead overall offshore execution phase of Electrical & Instrument works.
• To raise, follow up & register all Site Technical Queries (STQ) between contractor & Client. (Change Order)
• Ensure all Electrical & Instrument cable installed as per drawing.
• Assist in as built drawing for Electrical & Instrument.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Instrument Engineering. Diploma holder can be considered with sufficient experience.
• Shall have at least 5 years construction experience and work pack preparation in the offshore Oil and Gas Industries.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

Planning Engineer

Responsibilities:
• To develop overall planning of work activities and perform scheduling of activities from jobcards.
• To monitor actual progress of work at sites and advise necessary changes in planning.
• Onshore based and directly reports to the Workpack Team Leader.
• Work-scoping visits to offshore worksites and fabrication yards.
• Responsible for the maintenance of a project log, material planning to ensure complete materials availability for projects.
• Responsible for daily narrative reports on projects.
• Maintaining actual man-hour utilization for performance monitoring.
• Responsible in preparing Weekly & Monthly Progress Report.
• Responsible in monitoring of change order.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any engineering.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• The candidate shall possess knowledge and experience in design and construction engineering.
• Experience in hook-up and commissioning of offshore platforms, chemical plants, platform refineries, gas compression facilities or other related petroleum processing plant.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
