Designated Person Ashore (DPA) / Operation Manager

Responsibilities:
 Fully responsible on Marine Operation and Marine HSE.
 Fully conversant with the ISM Code, ISPS Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW and fully aware with latest development on marine industry on related and statutory requirement by IMO besides having a good liaison with Marine Department management level.
 Functions as a link between the Company and the ships, and direct reporting to the Marine GM/ MD.
 Review and improvise the overall marine operation, logistic, agency and tender in term of cost effective beside remain as competitive and attractive marine operator.
 Monitor safety of pollution prevention aspects on ships operations.
 Planning and projected adequate resources for shore based supports.
 Lead ISM internal audits.
 Conduct post joining for Masters & Chief Engineer as to gain feedback for management review.
 Report any deficiencies observed and rectification progress or suggestions to the Marine GM/MD.

Requirements:
 Male.
 Master mariner, with experienced in commanding vessel.
 Experience with offshore HSE environment.
 Qualified and experienced in the safety and pollution control.
 Good reputation with clients and oil major player is an additional advantage.
 At least 2 years competency knowledge in offshore support vessel- AHTS & AWB.
 Good interpersonal skill, capable to handle professional bodies and authorities.
 Good in Office MS, Excel, Words, PowerPoint.
 Good in English spoken & writing.
 Maintain practicable in ISM code & good in HSE related.

Marine Ops. Superintendent

Responsibilities:
 As a charterers focal person.
 Attending all means of logistic, mobilization and demobilization of vessel and swapping vessel.
 Monitoring catering food quality onboard.
 Monitoring cargo operation and record all equipment rental onboard.
 Monitoring day to day operation and updating vessel movement daily.
 Updating and compiling work order from charterer.
 Preparing technical/Commercial bidding evaluation (TBE/CBE) for a new vessel to be onhire.
 Attending Charterer Suitability Survey and onhire/offhire survey.
 Liaising with Marine Department/ Flag state authority.
 Interview new joining deck officers.
 Conduct crew briefing prior signing on.
 Attending OSVIS & closing finding .
 Monitoring vessel fuel consumption and cross check with charterer benchmark.
 Ensuring the vessel complies with all statutory requirements, certification, regulations and charterer’s requirement.
 Check, record & filing SMS form under operation custody.
 Verifying navigation, publication, safety equipment requisition form.

Requirements:
 Male.
 Min class 3 Cert of Competency and serve as 3rd Officers o/b or 4th Class Cert of Competency marine engineer.
 2 year competency knowledge in offshore anchor handling for AHTS & AWB.
 Good in Office MS, Excel, Words, Powerpoint.
 Good in English spoken & writing.
 Maintain practicable in ISM code & good in HSE related.

Marine HSE Executive

Responsibilities:
 Preparing and updating HSE statistic and trending data.
 Assisting an annual revision on ISM, MLC, SMPEP.
 Assist HSE Supt. on ISM/ISPS Internal Audit.
 Assist to develop HSE Plan that comply with company policy and procedure as well as client requirement.
 Provide feedback to HSE Supt. On HSE performance & monthly report.
 Attend pre-job planning and other client meeting request.
 Keeping record on HSE KPI from Vessel & Office on monthly basis.
 Conduct a HSE campaign by company or charterer recommendations.

Requirements:
 Male/Female.
 1 year experience in Health Safety and environment.
 Diploma in safety or marine engineering related.
 Holding valid NIOSH certificate is advantage.
 Good in Office MS, Excel, Words, Powerpoint.
 Good in English spoken & writing.
 Reasonable knowledge on HSE principle & relevant experience in offshore marine industries is preferred.
 Proactive, self motivated, good in ISM & good problem solving skill in fast pace working environment.
